Laughing should be a part of every day of our lives. Not only can laughing help you lose weight it can help you reduce stress and live longer.

Make time for fun on a regular basis.

You don't have to go out to have fun. Try painting, drawing, or learning a new skill you enjoy via online class. You have many choices, spend time doing things you enjoy on a regular basis
Shopping
If shopping help makes you happy try shopping without buying, or only buying what you need (not what you want). Shopping itself is not "bad," but buying many items you don't need is linked to less happiness.

Happiest Life was started by Aldrin Gomes, a Professor of Physiology at UC Davis, in 2022.
We are a small group that have different talents and training and share our knowledge and expertise to help make your life a happier one.
