Well, you are already awesome and amazing, even if you don't know it yet. But how do you become calmer and happier?
YOU HAVE TO BE PROACTIVE

You have to start eating healthy, exercising and developing good habits that reduce stress and encourages the creative you. By being proactive not only will you look and feel younger and happier, but you would also significantly reduce your risk of suffering from chronic diseases.
The genetic information in your DNA does not predetermine your happiness. Scientific studies have shown that a correlation between your parents and happiness is present, but the impact is small.
So, what determines your happiness? You determine your happiness.

You have to love yourself first, then invest in yourself. Once you realize how fantastic you are, you need to love and help others.

Many people don't realize the power of giving on your health and happiness. However, happier and calmer people already realize and help others.

Remember, you determine your happiness. Now, it's up to you to start being proactive and get the happiness you deserve.
